Quality Inn West Springfield
"Let me start with saying the staff was excellent! The breakfast was amazing! They had everything from waffles, yogurt, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, cereal, and yogurt. The room we had was very outdated, but otherwise clean. We did spill some water on the rug, and we went to clean it up with the white towel, and the white towel turned brown. I think it’s time to wash the rugs or replace them. You can also tell it was once a smoking room. There was a very faint smell of old cigarettes. I know this, cause I am a reformed smoker. When walking by one of the other rooms that the maid was cleaning, that room seemed to be newer and updated. Make sure you ask for an updated room."
