You will be just 3 miles from Hilo airport, Liliuokalani Park, beaches and Gardens. This spacious house sleeps up to 12. Perfect for big family, group travel or work team. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Property manager was unable to keep the cleaners out of pur laundry room, in the garage dueing our stay. The listing describes a provate residence but the day before you show up the tell you the laundry facility in the garage is a shared space. Every single day we were there the cleaners were doing laundry in the garage. They were even sitting on the porch smoking when we came back to the house. We called the manager and she actually asked us if we wanted to go across the street and use the laundry facilities over there instead. On our 2nd day the cleaners even entered the code to the door and came inside while we were there in the lower unit. When we complained to vrbo the host never amswered or responded. We only ever recieved a message saying it was a shared space and that we basically needed to wait our turn. Unless you eant to compete for use of the laundry facilites and worry about the cleaners letting them selves in to the house while youre away.... find another place to rent.

Nice home. Central location, but a little noisy from barking dog and road noise. Property manager was responsive to bed cleaning prep issue.

Our family of 11 stayed here for mom and dad’s service Was very clean, fresh and new. Lots of parking and space for our large family. We were able to gather in the great room and cook some meals. Great stay! Would recommend definitely! Thanks Maggie!

Perfect size

it was perfect for all of us to stay. I would only suggest adding that there is not A/C in everyroom. We enjoyed that all 12 of us were able to have our own rooms and beds.
