"We arrived just after 3 and there was a whole mob of people in the lobby waiting to check in. Unfortunately move in for first years at PCT was the same day as events for the little league World Series. Despite the crowd, the two people at the front desk got through the line fairly quickly. Without showing any stress. They were kind and informative. Our room was upstairs. It was nice and comfortable. The ice maker was out of order, so I did need to go downstairs for ice. We filled our cooler with ice since our particular room did not have a fridge. There is an outdoor pool that I did not have a chance to try out. The breakfast they provide was great. We love making our own waffles . My husband tried a little of everything while we were there. The only major complaint that I would have is the water pressure. It took forever to get the shampoo out of my hair! This is our second time staying here and more than likely will visit again. "

"Always an amazing and unique stay. Had an issue onsite with my neighbor snoring so loudly at 8pm it was really distracting. Messaged the staff and was in a new (quiet) room within 20 minutes, very professional and caring to me as a guest. Cannot say enough good things about the City Hall Grand Hotel in Williamsport."

"Propety in good condition, very clean, staff very friendly. The only downside is I think they increased price significantly based on events in the city, but I guess many business would do same thing."
