let's start with check in. they issued me a keycard and when i got to the room it didn't work. had to go down and get new keycard. then i was laying on the bed and a stranger open my door with a keycard. i had to go get then to recode the room. for the next two days when i came back my keycard didn't work and had to go back down and have it recode it. i tried the restraunt and the i orderd soup and it was cold, breakfast wasn't much better only one meat item and only scramble eggs. waffles were the only good thing and you made your own. I'm sorry to say if this was the only hotel in the area i will go camping.

The Genetti is a very old hotel that has been well maintained & some of the original features from back in the day have been preserved; making it a unique experience. It also has its own restaurant/Bar in the Lower lobby(Theo-Ex Chef, Ant & Anna-Bartenders). The entire hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. The hotel is located near the Arts center & many other restaurants, stores and distilleries all within walking distance; not to mention Wegman's (it has everything)!!!

It was a beautiful hotel. The bed was comfortable and everything was in walking distance. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. The only thing I would change is that the sink was located outside of the bathroom. There was no need for such a huge sink. Other than that, I have no real complaints and I enjoyed my stay there.
