Perfect little getaway for a couple. There is only one bedroom, with a king bed. There is a pull out sofa perhaps for littles, but I wouldn’t use it for older children or adults due to its location in open living room and smaller size. The property is a cabin, so there is wear and tear, and that should be expected. The cabin is roomy and handicapped accessible. It was clean and we had most of what we needed for the weekend. I would suggest brining a sponge for basic cleaning of dishes, or wiping counters if you use the kitchen. We needed to wash our dishes we used bc tenant before us had left unclean dishes. The sponge would have been helpful. Another suggestion would be to include instructions on how to access the Wi-Fi , and operate the hot tub in the cabin binder provided. We never did figure this out. Be forewarned the cabin entrance walkway does become slippery when wet due to the build up of mildew & mold growth. When cleaned and dry it should provide stability and no fall risk. Traction treads could also be added for safety. As for location, while close to town, the walk is uphill walk in some areas and along the side of a busy road, so use caution. The only other desire would be a fireplace, especially in the colder months. Something to take into consideration when looking for a place in Helen. All in all, a good trip for us.
