Seriously underwhelming

No bar or restaurant on weekends! Playing hard and fast with the title swimming pool. It was more like a kids wading pool. The breakfast was poor to say the least. The room was nice, and the general standard of cleanliness seemed good.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Very good service and the rooms were very clean. Only thing we didn’t like were the beds and the pull out beds. They were very uncomfortable and lumpy. The kids could barely sleep on the mattress that was on the pull out. It would be helpful too if they provide additional towels. We were a family of 4 and we were only provided 2 towels on check in. However, once requested at front desk, they were courteous and quick with providing us additional towels.

There was a security breach into our room by an individual. There was a beep and the locked door swung open. Fortunately we were in the room at the time and were able to keep expensive equipment and passports secure. We complained to the front desk and they came to check the door which was functioning properly. I was told that they would review security camera footage. We left our information and yet no one has followed up from this hotel. We were unfortunately stuck in our room because going out to eat or to the pool would have been impossible since the intruder could have returned and stollen everything of value. In all my hotel stays around the world, this has never happened. We expect not to pay for this stay.
