If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. - This home is located in a noise-sensitive neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 7am. - This home is about a 5-minute walk to the beach and several restaurants are located within walking distance. - Be cautious and prepared if traveling with young children. The main stairs in the home are very steep and there is a half wall in the living room overlooking the steps. A baby gate is provided for those traveling with young children. - Use caution and follow the good-neighbor guidelines on the rooftop deck as the home is in close proximity to the other properties in the area.

Wonderful spot in Grover Beach
We had a wonderful time here! The house was beautiful and clean. The hot tub was perfect, complete with an ocean view. And the host was super responsive and helpful.

Thank you for a wonderful week! Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed the house and the area. The taqueria on Grand was a daily necessity. :) We spent most evenings together on the roof, watching the sun set. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked with the basics. Everything was in working order, and check in and out was a breeze. We hope to come back again!
