"Everything was great with the exception of how they responded to a teenager slipping and falling near the pool area. There was a long delayed response by staff and then they didn’t seem concerned that there was still blood on the ground near the pool and bridge. I took a towel after telling three staff members about the blood and cleaned it up the best I could. I did not ever see anyone go back and disinfect the area for several hours afterwards. Other than that, the stay was great! Would recommend."
