Loved the look of this hotel. The decorating was amazing. The front desk staff were so nice. The room itself was really clean. The bedding was very comfortable. This hotel is a short drive from a lot of cute shops and restaurants. There’s also a few stores and cafes right next to the hotel. Only complaint, The cleaning staff was very rude. One woman acted like we were bothering her. She parked her cart in front of the elevator that opened and was annoyed she had to move over so we could get in.

The only good thing about this property is that it’s stilll brand new and some decent places to eat close by! The pool was freezing cold, it was not heated, it was also dirty. The rooms seemed clean. The guest experience was terrible. When checking in it was never mentioned that they DO NOT have any private beach access!! They said we can go to the “public beaches they recommend” sent us with a little one in tow and all the things, cooler, bags etc. to a 15 min walk/bike ride and when we get there there is NO beach access, it’s closed for construction! When we got back the receptionist/girl at front desk said “oh sorry about that, I man we do have an option where you can pay an additional $130 and have access to water sound beach club where you do have beach access”! Except it was too late that day to go to the beach and we were leaving the next day, so at that point it didn’t make sense to pay that for half a day! That ruined our whole trip since it was a quick one and all we wanted was some beach time! That town has made all of their beaches private with a minutes amount of public beach access so the whole point of staying at a “resort” is to be able to have stress free beach access and not have to be searching for parking at a public beach! We will never stay there again! Then late that evening when we called and asked for an extra bath towel -for my child, they brought up and left at the door ON THE DIRTY FLOOR!! I was truly in disbelief! Terrible customer service!

Best value in 30A

Fantastic location, condition, and value. This is one of my favorite hotels, there are restaurants and shops right outside the front door. It's in a great location, and has very comfortable rooms. The main area is also really nice with a little store behind the front desk if you need anything. The pool and gym are also great!
