Place was clean and nicely decorated. However steps to second floor are in need of a cleaning and repair. Had some maintenance issues in condo. Could have used some kitchen “niceties” such as some coffee to get you started, trash can liners. Pool is nice and heated. Pet friendly for sure. Probably look for different place next time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the condo is in a good location. However ,it could use some improvements maintenance wise. The steps leading up to the second floor are dirty and needing some repairs. The kitchen could have used some “niceties”, like a little coffee to get you started and trash can liners. Had to call maintenance to fix the shower diverter. Couldn’t shower the first two days til it got repaired. Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry need a paint job. Place was cutely furnished. Pool clean and heated. The place is ok, but would look for a different place next time.

Our condo and the property is very clean and well taken care of. We brought our two small dogs in the ground allowed pet related accessory when we walked them. We were Very pleased and would stay again

Very relaxing vacation

The location was great with many restaurants close by! The only trouble we had was with the door lock. It sometimes took 4 or 5 tries to get the door lock to work. Also, the condo could use a little updating. A coat of paint would work wonders! All in all it was a great vacation!!

No trepassing

The property we stayed out was clean and we would go back just based on the condo. However, due to the multiple no trepassing signs on the beach, we will not return to this part of Florida. I read about the law that allows this and I feel that the law needs to repelled, just my opinion.

VERY CLEAN

5/27/22........The property was extremely clean and decorated very nice. Looked as if had just been painted. Just perfect. It overlooked the pool. The kitchen was loaded with everything you need. It was about 4 blocks to the board walk for beach access. Pet friendly with poop stations on property. I highly recommend this property. Very comfortable for 2 people. Cleanest property I've ever rented.

Peaceful

The pet fee of $185.00 was outrageous and should be posted on the site. I had already booked the room when I found out the pet fee so there was no backing out. Either way the condo was clean and had all of what we needed for our short stay. However, it would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper and packages of toiletry items being there were four people in our group. The sliding door of the bathroom fell completely off its track but thankfully my son was able to fix it. Overall, it was a quiet spot and we enjoyed the area.

Bed SUCKS

Bed was terrible. Otherwise ok location but found a live roach on closet shelf when prepping to leave - had been there in the bedding during our trip - gross! The public beach area was dinky and horribly crowded despite our assurance when booking that it was "rarely EVER crowded". Locals confirmed it is a madhouse always. We will not visit Seagrove Beach area again - WAY, WAY, WAY too much beach is "private" and all the visitors gobble up the very limited beachfront by 6am with all their huge tents and junk. It could be a pretty place but privatizing the beaches absolutely ruins it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was average. The community and beach experience has changed in big ways for the worse. Crowds have grown, high rises are now common, and the biggest frustration is privatization of beaches. If you like to be crowded into a postage stamp section of beach that is still public access, while long stretches of beach which has been claimed by private owners, then this place is for you. But I think I have now vacationed in Seagrove Beach for the last time.

Needs a thorough Cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment we stayed in was convenient and was clean for the most part. The bed was not very comfortable. Seemed to be old and cheap. The sofa in the living room was just plain nasty. It looked as if dogs had hiked their legs on the ends of the sofa. The screen on the patio door was torn open. We immediately called maintenance to get that addressed and they were quick to reply and came over to see the damage. All the people we talked to in the office were very helpful and quick to react. The stairs going up to the condo were broken on the edges and the rails were very loose. We felt a bit taken by the price we paid for what we actually got in the home.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. There were some things that could be improved but wouldn’t stop us from visiting again and recommending it to everyone. However the tile was dirty. We spilled water and wiped it up and the paper towels were filthy. Would not go barefooted. We wore house shoes. And the couch, I’m sure was cleaned but looks dirty. We wouldn’t sit on it without sitting on towel. Hated that there was no WiFi, but oh well we survived. ;) It is a great little town. loved all the food trucks downtown. it’s a perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset. I highly recommend to see Coastal Dune Lakes. A couple of suggestions for the condo… since it’s a walk to the beach… providing a beach wagon and umbrella would be nice. And maybe add a foam mattress pad for the bed bc it is very hard. We did love the little gift boxes with the supplies, that was a nice touch. We will hopefully be back next year or sooner.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pluses included location and the pool. The pool was well kept and clean and we really enjoyed our time at the pool. The unit itself was not that impressive. We pay a cleaning fee but when we arrived, the floors and kitchen counters were not clean....they were actually dirty! I had to mop the floor in order to feel okay about walking barefoot in the unit. The couch was stained and I would say the whole unit needs to be updated. The balcony was filthy as well. For the amount of money charged for this unit, it's not worth it.

problems with no solution

We visited Destin and 30A every year for the last 25 yrs. Only place we ever go. Problems are OK but this trip had so many I just wished I could blink and be home! The air conditioner went out, the people who came to fix it were very nice but told us finally it could not be fixed. The dryer had no heat, and I had to clean before staying. I called Benchmark to ask what we were supposed to do so they sent us to another rental that smelled like cigarette smoke, but the mold smell was overwhelming, so we couldn't stay so they told us they could refund our money. When we went back to the first rental, the guys I'm assuming, had put an air conditioner on wheels in there, if Benchmark would have communicated this to us, we would have just stayed, but they told us we had to be out in 30 to 45 minutes so I had to hurry and pack up. My husband is elderly and has mobility problems, traveling is not easy, but it was the end of the day and they just wanted to be don't with us. I have never been so frustrated on vacation. Nice Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! We enjoyed our visit.

Convenient to nearby attractions, 5 minute walk to beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was a good value, bed was not the best but ok! We had to mop floor and clean some windows on arrival . They had been neglected for a while, not terrible but not acceptable either.
