"The check in was smooth. but the only thing that I hated is the fact that it wasn’t even 11 o’clock yet housekeeping was already knocking on the door and they knocked once as the person was knocking. They were opening the door, which is weird because you should knock and see if the person answer before you open the door because we were actually naked. Extremely rude!"
