So the reason I only rated them good was we had a beautiful room at the mezzanine ( aka pool ) Those children screamed till 10:00 pm . The pool should shut down to screaming kids at 8:00. All non screamers can swim till 10:00pm Our shower drain was not draining so I was calf deep in water when I took my shower. I know the drain will get fixed not sure about those screaming kids . 😂 Note to self … no room by pool even though it was a beautiful area.

Only one employee for check in had to wait in line for 15 minutes. Door keys were malfunctioning took 10 to 15 key slides to get room door to open every time. Carpet in hallways were dirty and had large holes. Pool and spa were small and looked unclean and had no towels.Bathrooms are tiny barely enough room to stand in basically have to sit on toilet to close door. Clock and fridge unplugged and the french doors in photo was a cheap sliding door that took two people to open the only good thing about the property was a decent breakfast
