The hotel was clean and good staff. The room window had a draft coming in, we were able to change to a different room which was great. Breakfast was limited with the food as some items were not being replenished.

The hotel was average. Breakfast was average. Staff at the front desk weren't helpful when I politely asked if we could have shampoo and conditioner because it was empty in our room (It was the kind built in on the shower wall). They never refilled it and I asked after breakfast and we didnt get back until later in the evening. It was disappointing coming back to our room to find they were still empty when the kids needed to shower before bed. We had to run to the store to get our own. Staff never seemed to be at the front desk for assistance. I am sure they are understaffed like everywhere else.
