AC Hotel by Marriott Innsbruck
"Location of hotel can't be beaten as it's half way between train station and main street. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast plentiful, although I'm not sure it's worth its price as there are several places to eat around. Rooms were large and had all necessary amenities. AC of one of our rooms ..."

Hotel Schwarzer Adler
"The staff were, without exception, lovely. Friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable and location for both old town and train stations (15mins with luggage). Breakfast was great, with a good range of food. What stood out was the quality of the food. The main negative is there is no bar or restaurant. How it can be a 4 star hotel without these basics is something I don’t understand. I think it’s disingenuous to show pictures of a bar and say it opens at 5pm when it doesn’t open at all. There are notices saying to ask staff but all that is available is half bottles of wine or beer. We were directed to the Irish bar next door which had neither Port or Brandy so no late night nightcap. The rooms don’t have tea/ coffee facilities either so basically you cannot eat or drink at the hotel after breakfast. Would I stay again? Yes. It was lovely as a glorified bed and breakfast in a good location, just don’t expect the facilities of a hotel."
