The house was as advertised...clean and comfortable. There were a couple of things that could have been better. We had trouble adjusting the thermostat to our needs. It was 70 degrees, which is a little warm for us at night. We tried to lower the temp, but it would not go below 70 degrees. We ended up using a fan and opening a window in the bedroom. Secondly the back deck is dangerous! There are planks that are coming loose and almost feels as if a person could fall through. This should be fixed quickly. Luckily, we were not at the house enough to want to use the back deck, but I just wanted to let someone know. Lastly, the blind in the front room is VERY hard to pull down. It will go up nicely, but for some reason, it is extremely had to pull and cover the window. About the management company...I originally booked another property for this tip, and was notified 2 weeks prior to our departure date that the booking was cancelled. The property company offered us another property, but there was no compensation for the inconvenience of having to do this. In addition, I asked the property manager if we could delay our checkout time by one hour due to our train being delayed. We were told 'no' at the last minute. I messaged and tried to call, and I did not get a reply until the last minute (I sent the message 2 hours prior). I felt like the property manager could have communicated better. Overall, the stay was good, the house was good. I do not recommend Keylink
