DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This property houses dangerous people. I cannot believe that this property is listed with Expedia! We were trying to decide if it would b more safe to stay in the car. There were several times throughout the night that we were close to calling the police. IT IS NOT SAFE HERE!!!! People fighting in rooms all night. All other hotels in area were full so we were stuck. EXPEDIA... DO NO LIST THIS PROPERTY! IT DOES NOT FOLLOW YOUR BRANDING! Wish I could get my money back. Can't believe I spent $170 per night.

So…not clean - stains on wall and built up dirt on bathtub. Towels are old and grungy. No smoke detectors in room. Plumbing in poor condition (running toilet). No closet, coat rack or even a hook on the wall to hang anything up. Parking is insufficient- if you arrive late you are out of luck. Generally neglected property.

The hotel was a letdown. Very few in room amenities. In room items missing from ventilation system in bathroom. Fixtures were in bad condition and the hot water was barely warm enough to shower the first evening. The hallway accessing the room was in bad condition with a giant stain in the carpet. It snowed overnight and the parking lot saw minimal attention. Will not stay here again.

The male desk clerk that checked us in and was at the desk when we checked out was extremely rude and impolite. The room was average and the continental breakfast was pathetic. The worst I have ever seen. And I have traveled a great deal and stayed in many hotels.

There was nothing special about this place. The bed and linens were clean and everything worked like it was supposed to. The morning breakfast was a coffee machine, some bread, a toaster and a fridge with some milk and yogurt. The reason I picked it was because I was by myself (I can put up with a lot when I'm by myself) and it was about $50 less than everything else and I was only there to ski so I just needed a place to crash.

Do not waste your money on this hotel

The hotel is absolutely filthy. The toilet leaks water all over the floor, common areas had random dirty socks laying around, etc. probably one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. We booked two nights and ended up finding another hotel in town for the second night.

Worst lodging experience of my life 😞 When I arrived I was denied check-in because the hotel made a mistake. Was told there was nothing that could be done and was told to go away at 11pm with nowhere to go - everything was sold out for 100 miles. The front desk told me they would not provide accommodation elsewhere. Had to exercise great assertiveness for more than 15 minutes before the desk staff would call his manager. Finally the manager gave me a room. The room was a catastrophe. A incomplete list includes the following: There was pubic hair on the toilet seat and in the bathtub. The bathtub faucet doesn’t turn off. There was a hole in the wall. The furniture was splitting at the seams. There was a large amount of a dark brown/ red substance splattered on the walls. Additionally they ran out of parking and had people park in the fire lane where emergencies vehicles would need to be if there were in fact an emergency.
