We received a room with an intercommunicating thin door. Noise was therefore not insulated, and everything going on next door was like a few feet away. Felt vulnerable as it was so close into our room. Noisy night and did not really sleep well. Never had this problem with any Hilton hotel in the past

The hotel is in great condition but despite it being empty the receptionist couldn't have cared less. Everything else was great and check out was very smooth with a great member of staff.

This hotel worked perfectly for our family to have a place to sleep between flights. It is easy to walk to from the South Terminal at Gatwick. We purchased the breakfast upgrade and I’m glad we did. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options for everyone. Would totally stay here again. Thank you!

Good stay but unfortunate false alarm fire alarm at 11pm which woke us up on planned early night before flight. There was no message or staff reassurance that this was a false alarm which would have helped (the alarm just continued for a couple of minutes then stopped as we were about to leave the room)
