Absolutely fantastic condo! Location is great. Matk was responsive. There are only 2 things that I would change and both are relatively minor. 1. The exterior lighting of the building is very bright. Great for safety but hard on sleeping in one of the bedrooms. Not a huge deal but some drapes in there would help. 2. If you are not there prior to 5 then you cannot get your wrist bands for the amenities. The over eager security guard will ask you to leave. If you push back its the auto response of "I will give you my surpervisors number" Leave and come back. She isnt really all that present if you get my drift. Again, great place. We will rent it again. Really great set up if you have kids.

We had glorious weather to enjoy our breathtaking view from our balcony. The location of our condo made walking to the beach or to the fun pools enjoyable. Our condo was clean and spacious, so fun for our family. There was a place to park our boat and covered parking for our additional vehicles. We look forward to next time.

Amazing property, condo is renovated and modern, all the amenities you could ask for. Very clean!Amazing ocean view and beach views from the balcony. Cool bonus, on Sat night you can hear the live music from the pool area on the balcony of this room. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this property as a home away from home.

Perfect Getaway

Excellent stay! My family of 7 had the best time just staying at the Pointe West area with basketball, pickleball, pool, and beach! The location was as described - steps away from the pool and amenities, as well as the walkway directly to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed - including beach towels and beach gear/toys, which made it much easier for traveling. Communication with the host was fantastic. We would 100 percent stay here again!

October rental

The condo is beautiful from the artwork to the furniture. It has all the necessities and more available to you. The view from the balconies are beautiful sunset on one sunrise on the other. Very clean and absolutely gorgeous. The weather turned out to be amazing we were worried since it was October. We will definitely go back next October.

Great remodel and amenities

We are frequent guests at Pointe West and this unit had by far the best amenities. From the coffee bar to the extra nightlight/star projector. It was a very welcome experience.

Amazing views

The location was wonderful with amazing views of the gulf. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Our family had a great time and really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely come back to rent this unit again.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Views

Our family loved this home. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was the game console shown in pictures but there was a kids table and we found ways to keep the kids entertained even thought we didn't bring our gaming system for them. The layout was wonderful and made the space feel very big and open. The beds are comfortable. The bunkroom was perfect for the kids. They loved everything about the room. We really appreciate the cart and small cooler in the storage area. The extra's like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra trash bags and kitchen extras was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home. When we return, we hope this place is available. We would definitely stay again. We did contact the owner about one tiny issue (nothing major) and they are very responsive. From the time we booked through our stay the owners were very helpful. We even added a night the week before and they helped us right away. We would recommend this place to anyone wanted to be close to the pool and walkway to the beach!

Lovely stay with great layout and location

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in perfect location from the pool, beach and amenity center with the best view of the ocean! The layout was great for our family. Kids loved the little gameroom/playroom space. Kitchen and living room table were perfect to fit our whole family for meals. Only problems out of the control of the owners was the rain the whole time and the beach club restaurant was closed for renovations. Would’ve been convenient to be able to grab a bite there. Would love to come back when the weather is better and restaurant is open. My four year old son said he had the best time ever and wants to come back every year :)
