Pre cruise stay

We stayed for two nights prior to our cruise out of Galveston. The weather did not cooperate so none of our group used the pool and we only took short walks on the beach. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. Our room was clean though the hotel is somewhat dated.

Nice view of beach from room. Rooms are rather small and need a little updating. Shower was nice and bed very comfy. I’d stay here again. It’s just a little cramped.

Showing its age!

This hotel is in need of serious maintenance and upgrading! The food was horrible, the usb ports in the room didn’t work, the tv has weird white spots on the screen, the light bulbs were flickering, and the smell in the hallway was awful. The staff were friendly though.
