"The only factor that saved the review from a 1-star was the staff members. Everyone was friendly and provided top notch customer service. However the rooms are very poorly designed, have many features that seem old/outdated, and some areas seem very dirty as well. I reserved a room with a king bed through Expedia and was originally given a room with two double beds for my spouse and me. The front desk was very accommodating and changed it to a king bed right away upon showing them the receipt for a king room. Both rooms had the same side furniture. The desk with dressers to each side right below the TV and in front of the bed(s) left very little room for a walkway, especially with the desk chair left under the desk. Additionally, the only seats in the room were a bench and the desk chair. I can't imagine that the bench is comfortable for anyone to utilize as a seating area. Additionally, the fridge in the room was tiny and very old. It did not have any shelves left in it and it froze the few food items able to fit in it. Finally, the showerhead in the bathroom leaked and constantly dripped. It also looked as if the toilet plumbing had issues and/or there were bodily fluid stains on the wall of wallpaper behind/above the toilet. Furthermore, the outlet covers in the bathroom were not flush with the wall and seemed like they were coming apart. Counterspace and a place to hang towels in the bathrooms could also be better. Also, the door to the bathroom was glass...bright lights!"
