Staff was amazing! Breakfast was great! Room was clean and comfy. My only gripe was that the pool area was drenched with water all around the floor, almost as if the water couldn't drain properly. There was enough water to where the entire area around the pool could be a slip-n-slide, which made it dangerous for our kids walking around the area to get to their towels etc. But other than that, our stay was fantastic and we would go back!

Very nice room & a full sized kitchen. Staff was very friendly. Our family enjoyed the pool, basketball court & the extra games they had at the front desk. Also, the bed was so comfortable. We slept so good! We have been here a few times over the last 3-4 years & will continue staying here when we visit.

Great Experience Everytime!

This was our second time staying here while visiting friends. The staff are always nice and friendly. Check in/out is a breeze. The two room suite was very clean and and comfortable both times we have stayed! The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room for two adults and kids to spread out. The inside pool area and outside courtyard were both nice as well! Breakfast has always had a great selection, with hot and cold options to satisfy everyone.

The front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. The room was clean, the tub was stained. There was some damage to the bathroom door. But overall nice. My friends slept in the two beds in the suite, while I took the pull out bed in the couch. Unfortunately, I woke up to bites all over my legs. The front desk staff was very understanding and gave me bonus IHG points for the inconvenience. I reached out to the upper management using the contact us form, since these bites are not the kind that went away like a mosquito bite, it has been 2 days and I still have not recieved any reply.
