The gentleman who checked us in took the time to read our comment upon booking and tried to get us a quiet area of hotel. Very nice fella. Room was very clean. Bed was a little firm but i slept good. The shower hadle was broken so getting the water in our shower to be just right was tough. Hot tub needed help. The water was almost same temp as the pool. Pool is very small and shallow. We booked this hotel for the hot tub to end up being very disappointed. The cook was our server and bless her heart she was busy. She did great on our order. Yes you pay for breakfast but it was very good.

A nice clean hotel. The young gentlemen who checked us in was A+. The only negative was that they didn't have our suite available and only had a regular room. I think that might be Expedia's fault though. Definitely stay here again.

Staff was courteous, but card key maker was out of order for a full day. Staff had to walk you to your room for entry. Breakfast was not complimentary. Hotel room was freezing and seemed like forever to warm up.

Hot tub was Exactly what I needed! We had a rough day finding a hotel. Baymont we originally booked, because it was on the way home, was filthy! There was little hairs on the bed in the first room and bugs and “other filth” in the second room they gave us. We booked Hilton Garden and headed over, 17 minutes in the direction we had just came from. It was the wrong Hilton Garden. Left to take another 18 minute drive to the Hilton Garden that I actually booked. Even farther from where we are going tomorrow. Please, oh please, work with Expedia to differentiate hotels on their site. I will also let Expedia know this is a problem. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful gentleman at the desk tonight. He was very welcoming, kind to listen to my drama, & quick to register me so we could get on with our night. He deserves a raise! 🙂

The staff were all extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean upon arrival. I was there for one night so, I wasn’t able to check out all of the facilities. Overall, I did enjoy my stay and would recommend this hotel.

No manager, unsecured doors, no key cards/told to prop open our hotel room doors, no patio furniture and worst of all the bleaching to my kid's t-shirt after swimming.
It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't been able to contact a manager.
Too much chlorine in the pool and our children were saying that their eyes were burning and needed to wipe them off!
No key cards so they had exterior doors propped open

Not Worth It

Service was so-so. Both myself and others had to wait for someone to attend the front desk. Hot tub was out of service. Place smelled funny. Could hear people coming in the side entrance door with it slamming shut all thetime. Was woken up, with the people in the room up above, constantly walking the floor back and forth. Bathroom tub felt like it was going to give in any moment. No breakfast and not worth paying $15 for it. Wouldn't recommend staying here again.
