The hallways, elevator, lobby were not clean. The room itself appeared to not have been vacuumed. The furnishings in the room are old and damaged. The entire property needs to be refurbished and maintained better.

My trip was a shopping trip which consist of heavy shopping. My first issue was the ac in the room was making a loud noise so they had to change my room. Got another room moved all my belongs into the room. It wasn’t until I went to bathe I saw used towels in the tub area! Gross!!! At this point someone didn’t clean up properly. The following day I shopped only to return and the elevator was out of service! My husband had to life all the items up the stairs to the room and on the day of check out we had to lift all the items down the stairs! That was a nightmare! Never again!!!
