The bathroom had been patched with paint everywhere and you had to have a quick shower as the tub filled with water due to the drain being plugged probably by paint by the look of things. The walls are paper thin. The people in the next room had their tv so loud we could hear it word for word. We eventually complained and heard someone knock on the door and try to call (we could hear the phone ringing)but they never answered the door and nothing was rectified. The check in process was very slow. The location is great and the guy at the front desk that checked us in was friendly.

The room was horrible looked nothing like what you had online. Couldn't shower for 2 days because there was nothing but steaming hot water and they didn't have another room. Available. Needless to say I won't be doing business with them or you any longer.I'll make sure I leave you a good review on google on how what your advertising isn't what you get.

Room was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed that I was no more than a 2 min walk to the beach. Very much relaxing. I wasn’t aware they had a grill and picnic tables. So I definitely will be back again and with family this time just the only thing is the shower water would not go down.

Location,Location, Location..just keep telling that to yourself. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Towels were scarce. No handtowels. No dish cloths/towels. Our dishwasher leaked. Two burners on the stove did not work. Kitchen is totally empty. If you want dishes, you must call and then you are given the bare basics. Rooms are very dated and in need of repairs. Everything was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but all that we needed. Directly on the boardwalk and beach. Felt quite safe. If you are looking for fine accomodations, dont stay here. If you can be low maintenance and love the beach, it is perfect.

The room they gave me did not have an ocean view, wasnt on the beach and was no where near the ocean. This hotel is a collection of like 5 older hotels under one name. The room they gave me was dirty, disgusting and the worst room I have ever been forced to stay in.
