The room was nice and great location for concert going at the Hardrock. The hotel was clean. The bar closed at 5pm and watch the bar stools dangerous! However our cocktails were delicious The free shuttle was much appreciated. However our room was not serviced which was not a big deal as we were there only 2 nights however I requested kcups for coffee from 3 housekeepers didn’t receive. When we got back from the concert I asked the front desk manager for some and she refused. Coffee in the am is important. The free breakfast was ok. And the coffee downstairs was good but for the price coffee in the room should be a given.

Upon arrival we were greeted with much enthusiasm by the valet staff, who eventually let us know that we needed to pay $40 per night for valet parking; no other option. There were scary stories about being towed or wheel-locked if we parked at the Mc Donalds etc…. I mentioned that this was a surprise fee, and they said to take it up with the front desk. The front desk staff were very friendly but informed us that we needed to pay for parking; hotel policy. After some vocal complaining on my part, they eventually mentioned that we could park for free in a city parking garage across the street. We did that. Again, everyone was very friendly, but the situation seemed scammy to us. The staff were just following policy, but the policy seemed like an intentional orchestrated mini-extortion. Also, a worker barged into our room after we were in the room for about 30 minutes (by mistake). There was also a small pile of old access card holders on our one shelf. These oversights were no big deal to us though. We booked this hotel, partly for access to the rooftop pool for my daughter. She was not able to access the pool for most of our stay since it was closed for a private event.

O Hotel é maravilhoso, cama otima, banheiro super espaçoso, super limpo, atendimento nota 1000, café da manhã basico mas gostoso. Ganhamos um voucher para utilizar no restaurante que fica no terraço e o atendimento foi sensacional, o ambiente também é maravilhoso. pegamos um quarto que dava para ver o hard rock e foi perfeito.

Very basic hotel for premium price. Breakfast below average as food selection was plentiful however food that was supposed to hot was luke warm. Hotel is 7 floors, with lobby on first, parking on 2nd, guests rooms on floors 3-6 and Rooftop Bar and G7 restaurant on floor 7. Do not stay in a room on the 6th floor if you want a quiet, peaceful nights sleep.
