We were not able to check-in on time - reason given was that housekeeping had not “signed off” yet. Made us late to an event as we were on a tight schedule. Once in our room, the floor in the bathroom and counters of the sink were all wet. We were only given 2 total towels for a two-night stay for 2 people. The window was broken making it drafty and loud. There was never hot water - shower or sink - it barely got luke warm. The hallways smelled like a combination of weed and a strong “deodorizer” trying to mask it. Our room was on the second floor - the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture and stomping around for hours. Across the hall, there were two rooms that were loud and obnoxious, with yelling/screaming, music, slamming doors, and running in the halls until 4am. On the second night, we were woken up at 5am with pounding on the door telling us to evacuate with no explanation. We were displaced for over a half hour, finally given the all clear - and still did not get an explanation to what happened or even just an apology from staff. We weren’t at the room much and only needed it to shower and sleep - neither of which we did much of.

The pool was closed, which was one of the reasons I chose this place. I killed a couple cockroaches, which is not good. Batroom was a little bit dirty. Window cannot be completely closed, so, cold air in winter doesn't feel good, but at least the heater works. The hallways and elevator smells like weed, maybe not the hotel's fault, but not good either if you're with family. Most likely I won't come back again.

The hotel was terrible, The bathroom doom is broken. The room and bed sheets smell uncleaned. No breakfast as indicated in ads amenities.

Although the staff was friendly, we couldn't stay. We left an hour and a half after checking in. When in town for business, I always book a hotel with a pool and have always enjoyed my stays at Red Roof Inns. In fact, having dogs, I try to give my business to Red Roof Inns because they are pet friendly. I specifically booked this hotel for the pool and it was drained and out of order. Lastly, the entire floor smelled of marijuana. With severe asthma, I couldn't risk staying. Not to mention, I certainly didn't want to go to my work meeting smelling like marijuana. The staff was friendly, even the new gentleman working the front desk. I am beyond disappointed by the condition of the room, the out of order pool and the odor that consumed the entire 3rd floor.

Checked in and was sent to the wrong room that was already occupied…heater didn’t work, tv wasn’t working for hours, hot tub had no heat (maintenance “fixed” it hours later but still wasn’t warm)

While checking mattress for bed bugs, saw how disgusting the beds were! Food, steins, dirt…it was gross. Mattress had big dips in it so I sank into it. Very uncomfortable. Bare basics. No bars of soap,Kleenex, no hand towels, pen, paper etc. the bathroom fan was so dusty and gross, but the shower head was good.

The place is run-down. It looks like it needed an update ten years ago, but more to the point the floor in our room was sticky. In addition, they made us give them a $100 deposit upon check in. Was it returned? Yes. Will I ever stay twice at a property that wants an additional deposit for the room? No.

Very nice place love that they had a full size refrigerator and freezer, the beds were fantastic and the people running the place were really really helpful loves staying there and we stayed there for 6 days
