"Would be 4* as the rooms and breakfast were fairly reasonable (if overpriced). However, the owners IHG seem to have decided it's perfectly reasonable to charge people extra to use a car park in the middle of nowhere. Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa
"This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. The spa is great & spa therapists super helpful. What makes this place are the staff running the restaurants & bar. Lead by their brilliant Maitre D Francis, these young people work like trojans but always have the time to make their customers feel special. This isn’t fake friendliness, they are genuinely interested & super helpful. There could probably be more of them at busy times but they handle the pressure with grace & class. Special shout out for Francis, Lenny, Hattie & Elliot. You made our relaxing weekend with your warmth and professionalism. Food is great too! We had the best time. We might opt for a larger room next time though. Overall wonderful experience made by the very hard working staff."
