Everything about this stay was wonderful: check in was quick and friendly, dinner was really tasty, the room was very clean and new, the pillows and bed were comfortable, and the breakfast was fabulous with lots of protein and gluten free options! The only thing of note is that is it not close to town so a car is beneficial as it is a bit of an expensive Uber ride.

The room was clean and tidy but it wasn’t cleaned on our second days stay nor was the Tea,coffee etc replenished Dining room could do with a good clean to remove many Cobwebs hanging from lights and pictures, tables were sticky and unfortunately we were on a floor with very noisy people who can’t shut a door quietly. Apart from that the Breakfast was plentiful and the Bed comfortable

The hotel was great value for what we needed. The room is clean, the staff are polite and breakfast is available - with a grab-and-go option. Don't expect more than the basics at this price. If you want more, pay more and go somewhere else.

A lovely experience overall

Staff very welcoming. Room overall was well equipped. Sofa bed a bit worn and toilet seat loose. A heated towel rail would have been nice.

Rooms were clean, a few concerns was the lack / non existent of hooks in the bathroom to hang the basic things bath towels hand towels after use. Main bedroom lack / non existent draws to put items of clothing. Although it is classified as an Express venue surely it should have the basics if people are staying for more than 2 nights
