Ideal hotel to be close to the town centre and approx 10 mins walk to the waterfront. I had a small double room with no window but it was a sufficent size with clean bedding and a lovely modern bathroom. Pleasantly surprised with the nice smelling hand wash and shower gel. Nice touch. I would definitely stay here again

We had 3 very compact rooms no windows. One had a cockroach in it so was given another room. Manager doesn’t work weekends so was given an email address to report concerns.2 rooms had problems with the showers no water pressure and stopped mid flow. Would never stay here again.

You pay for what you get. It is ok. The room is quite small. However you get a bathroom with shower as well. No kettle or tea making facilities. You have to make it in a machine in reception. The bed was not the most comfy I have slept in but it did the job. The room did also have air con but it kept coming up with an error code so I turned it off. All in all, it was decent and did the job of providing a bed whilst in Ipswich.

Booked for an overnight stay in Ipswich for early morning appointment. The hotel was central close to local bus terminus and close to a wide range of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful the rooms clean, quiet, and with good facilities. A little small but fantastic value for money and ideal for an overnight stay

Best for single travellers.

Room is too small for more than one person, with nowhere to even put things/bags etc other than the floor. Bed is very much on the hard side, that may suit some people. Toilet roll holder is too short for the toilet rolls so you have to find somewhere else to balance it.
