"The property is close to town and has a great view. However, it is in desperate need of a complete remodel. We stayed in an oceanfront king. The bed is actually a queen The room reeked of cleaning chemicals to the point of making your eyes water. There was barely a trickle of luke warm water in the shower. The cable went out and never came back on, the light on the balcony didn't work, the coffee machine was clogged and blew hot coffee throughout the room, and the hair dryer actually blew up in my hand. I was them accused of smoking in the room because of the odor from the hair dryer. I would avoid this place at all costs. The restaurant was extremely overpriced and the food was barely edible. St Croix has numerous great places to stay and eat.....this isn't one of them."

"Restaurants/bars advertised during booking were not all open. Staff was amazing! Food was okay. Not a lot of options. Out of the hotel's control, but couldn't get on the water at the hotel due to large quantities of seaweed. Had to drive to other beaches to get in the water. We were advised of a resort power outage via text from the resort. It was to happen the next day for several hours. We communicated with some shareholders that were on the property and we were provided with a nice note, a bottle of champagne and vouchers for a local casino. That was nice "

"It was great to have the option to stick around the hotel and have snacks, drinks and meals at your fingertips. The hotel is far away feom the tourism bustle, which was great. The staff was the star of the show. Especially the pool bartender greg. Yall were amazing"

"I really feel the property was nicely maintained. when it came to the customer service part, the front desk seemed very rude not inviting to the people coming into the resort. I came in very friendly excited for my trip, but the atmosphere around at the time really let me down. But the restaurant on the other hand at the resort was very welcoming and inviting."

"I had a great time at this hotel. It was quite picturesque, well maintained and stunning views! Ticked all my boxes- beachfront, sunsets, soft sand, snorkeling. The food was delicious, the drinks cool and refreshing and the staff amazing! I stayed in one of the beachfront villas. It's the way to go! Air conditioned, full kitchen, living and dining areas, large bathroom ane bedroom, private patio and the beachfront patio with tables and lounge chairs. A great week. I can't wait to return!"
