"The Ellery in Northampton was a delightful experience. The inn combines New England charm with thoughtful modern touches, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Our room was spotless, stylish, and comfortably appointed, with soft linens and plenty of natural light. The complimentary breakfast was simple but satisfying, perfect before heading into town. Located within walking distance of downtown Northampton and Smith College, the location couldn’t be better. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. "Excellent experience especially that we could bring our dog. Only negative event was trying to retrieve a phone charger left in room 424 a few hours after check out. Front desk staff was not very responsive to trying to retrieve it as housekeeping had left for the day and offered zero recourse for searching for it. Very disappointing and not helpful. "
