"The ocean view is a little ambitious. It is over the dune so only the top floor (of 2) and only select rooms have that view. It was a hojo like a million years ago (maybe 40) but it has been a great spot and kept up well"

Since i stayed a week the full size fridge and stove were appreciated (like new and worked great). As did the air conditioner. The location is great. The host was very kind. We cook big and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped with a six burner stove plus a large and small oven and a warmer. All.gas. communication was great and beach is just steps away.
