Sheets had blood on them. Staff blamed my teenage son and his acne. He stayed on a different bed. I had mistakenly booked the room for 2 and when I called to change to 3 they said no problem. Then they were able to change the room but charged us extra. Hotel needs lots of repairs. Quite run down. TV did not work. Phone did not work.

Clean, quiet and amazing beds

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. For the price, we weren’t expecting much. But we had the best sleeps. The bed and pillows are great. Was there for 3 nights and had a great sleep every night. The included breakfast is on par with most hotels, satisfying but nothing out of the ordinary. Our only complaint was the toilet was very noisy when flushed. It did wake us up throughout the night. But eventually we got used to it. It is an older hotel so you can expect these issues. But overall, we would stay here again. We’ve stayed at all the hotels in Stony Plain, and for the price, this is an excellent choice..
