Room was exceptionally dirty, it was very late when we arrived and there was no time. Woke up in light of day to see every corner of a large room to be filthy. Flooring was disgusting, in corners clear dirt and dust. The carpet was dusty, with clear dirt marks and layer of dust and hair. Not enough chairs, just literally one, my partner had to sit on corner of bed. Kitchenette had paper towel, which had a sauce smear on the very front one. Iron was very old, and spray absolutely did not work. Rendered it useless as it couldn’t iron wrinkles. Bathroom had several marks of damage, toilet was clean. Lady at desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the rest was upsetting. The layout is horrible with limited ventilation.

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t a good experience. We had to ask house keeping to come and change sheet set because beds had stains. 🙄 I always sanitize everything, so we stayed in that room. Next day we were out most of day, when we came back, room wasn’t done, clean, nor ready. Call again from desk their answer was that the house keeper was bey busy and did not have time to clean. My husband did the beds for us. Next day, during check out, they apologized and offered a credit. I don’t need a credit, I needed a comfortable and clean room.

Our stay was ruined by the 8-12 year old hockey teams that the staff refused to do something about. From about 8pm until well after midnight both nights, kids were running around every floor screaming in the hallways, knocking on and slamming doors while the parents sat drinking at the tables right in front of the check in desk. We spoke with the kids, some parents, and the front desk numerous times. We used the hotel's text line during the day to try and prepare for the second night. Nothing stopped the noise. I understand staff probably doesn’t feel that their pay justifies dealing with these people, but the hotel needs to step up. Threaten extra charges if you need to. The pool was also over run with unparented, loud, and obnoxious kids. Do NOT stay here if a lot of noise, running, and screaming into the night bothers you.
