In our room some things I noticed were that all of the lamps wouldn’t turn on and we couldn’t figure out why. We were only given two shower towels, no extras were given, and the shower head was almost pointed towards the drain almost causing me to slip on the drain. Other than these hiccups, the lobby was clean and filled with seasonal decor.

I had everything I needed in the room including a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The staff were incredibly helpful - from the cleaning staff to the reception staff including Jenna Moon who assisted with any issues or queries I had regarding my stay. The underground parking was very much appreciated during the -30 degree weather w had during our stay. The breakfast was well stocked and had a bit of everything from hot to cold. I was impressed with the stay and look forward to staying there again should the need arise. Thank you to everyone who helped make the stay a successful experience.
