For the price it could be better, good location

I make specifications (not all) but the lobby staff should be more friendly, I didn't know that the hotel didn't have air conditioning and the refrigerators couldn't be used.

We were allocated a room, there was a terrible smell of sewage in the room. We looked for a change of rooms and this was arranged. Breakfast was very good although some of the cooked food was cold.

Beautiful

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The Bonnington was easy to get to by bus , easy check in and check out . The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean . Good amenities available and walking distance from bus stop, restaurants and shops . Can’t recommend this hotel enough

Room was ok, no exhaust fan in the bathroom-mold starting on the shower ceiling Maybe put reminders in the room about different restaurants hours-food service times etc beds were comfortable no outside food permitted on site-with a grocery store right beside it-hard if you have to leave before breakfast starts

Great stay. Great hotel

Despite having reservations about hotels.com from seeing some not so great reviews. The hotel did receive our booking and all was okay. Just call up the hotel before hand to see if they have received the booking before you go. The hotel was a great find. Only 30 minutes to airport and 30 minutes into Dublin. Lovely facilities and nice and clean. Expensive breakfast though which was nice but nothing special.

Very warm weather and air-conditioning not working in room. As soon as we reported it to reception they sent an engineer straight up but could not be fixed so they put a fan in our room.
