My friend had an accident while here and the hotel staff was beyond amazing in calling ambulance and taking care of us and helping with things during and after the accident. We completely felt safe and cared for during our stay. Shiloh, for being young was so aware of his patrons in the bar noticed that my friend didn’t come back from the restroom and sent someone to check on her. Thankfully he did because if not things could have ended very bad. Thank you to everyone of the hotel staff who was involved that night, the days after and who have reached out following. Not only was the hotel clean, in walking distance to all things Dublin, but incredibly helpful, welcoming and safe!!!

Stayed three nights- front desk greeted us warmly, took care of storing our bags (we arrived in the early morning), and was very helpful making recommendation on things to do and providing us with maps. Other staff we encountered during our stay were equally friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern, clean and quiet. The location is unbeatable- within easy walking distance of pretty much every in City Centre. The neighborhood was very safe as well. We arrived late into the evening (if not early morning) on the days we were there and never had any issues- well lit and again in a very safe area. I would HIGHLY recommend NYX at this location if you are traveling to Dublin!!

Wonderful place to stay in Christchurch. It was incredibly convenient for seeing the city and walking. The parking is a little tight but that is probably the only draw back.

Good stay amazing reception staff

I've stayed in this hotel before and was pleased when I saw a good price whilst I was in Dublin. The service on reception was exceptional as before. Unfortunately I was given an accessible room which had an annoying green light that kept me awake but the wet room also flooded with poor drainage. They moved my room the following day and everything was good again. I will definitely stay here again but subject to the rates.

Walkable, city center location. Tons of options for shopping and dining. The front desk staff was very helpful. We used them to book taxis to two separate locations which both arrived exactlyas scheduled. I accidentally booked the checkout date incorrectly and they sorted it out very quickly to extend the stay by one night.

The hotel was right in the center of everything. We easily walked to every place we needed to go. There are a lot of restaurants and pubs nearby. The Dublin express to the airport is right by the bridge. The hotel itself was clean and chic and having a bar in premises was very convenient.
