Lovely new hotel. Very nice toiletries, good food options although sometimes staff is a bit thin and I AM NOT checking myself in using the self check-in service! However, Miro made everything SO much nicer. He facilitated the process and went above and beyond in service. I lost my wallet with cash in it and he called me to say that it was found and he put it in my room as I requested, without a dollar missing! I sure appreciated him!

Lovely place and rooms but... The bed had two separate duvets placed horizontally across the bed, neither of which were big enough for the bed? Coming back to the room to get into to bed after some drinks, well i found it more than a bit strange and confusing, and unessesarily so. Why just not have one duvet that fits the bed, its kind of a normal thing in every other hotel i have ever stayed in. That strangeness aside, nice place.

Profit vs service/satisfaction

Electric problem - lights on all night. No outlet for hairdryer near a mirror. No phone in room to call for help. Worried about electric shortage and fire risk all night. Poor safety plan. Compensation was to offer me to change room in middle of night. Hassle and risk of fire/electric problem same so I declined. Got a drink voucher and 2 jugs of body wash as compensation. Given my level of fear and interrupted sleep through the night ….felt compensation was inadequate. Should have gotten 50% off room charge.
