Lovely staff on arrival, cleaning staff were really helpful and wait staff were great. Room was a good size, speaking size bed, large shower room. Worth having the reduce cost breakfast (if you book the night before), as you can sit in peace, enjoy lots of tea and food.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, rooms well equipped, and the staff v pleasant. Unfortunately, our stay was completely overshadowed by the extreme noise levels. We were given a street-facing room directly above a taxi rank and opposite a nightclub. Taxis repeatedly blasted their horns for hours while waiting to collect people after the club closed at 4am. I understand city centre hotels come with some noise, especially on weekends, but this was genuinely bonkers - it was relentless and completely unacceptable given the price we paid. I was travelling alone with my young daughter, which made it more challenging Her lack of sleep significantly impacted our trip. A real shame, as the hotel itself has so many positives, but the noise made our stay a stressful one.
