"We never got to breakfast but it smelled amazing. The staff was kind and helpful, they spoke English very well I didn't need to use my translation app. I highly recommend this hotel if your going to the park it's right next to the JR line entrance and Universal Studios Park. It's right on City Walk where there are a lot of shops and food options also Starbucks and Tullys Coffee are there by the Hotels entrance. The room was clean and big. We had a fridge. The bathroom had a medium sized counter but an big sink, the tub was amazingly large and deep, the shower was perfect height, pressure was amazing. 9.9/10 only because they didn't have towel racks or hooks lol but definitely worth the price."

"Very convenient to the airport with shuttle bus , close to Rinkutown Center , there’s a buffet restaurant inside the building and a family mart …. All the convenience you can ask for ! Plus there’s a self - service luggage storage … we will definitely check in again in this hotel next time we go back to Osaka "
