Stayed there three nights, did not have our room serviced one time. Swimming pool was closed, no indication given when we were booking our stay. We stayed New Year's Eve night and we kept awake until 2:30 in the morning with a group of eight or 10 teenagers running through the hallways and hotel staff did nothing to stop them When we tried to check out all of the computers that were there to print out boarding passes, and other paperwork were not working. We've been better off, sleeping in our car for three days.

There was vomit on the floor by the elevator and we told the staff three times and it wasn’t cleaned up. It was there for at least 36 hours. Absolutely disgusting.
