Poor direction signs to find rooms, signs small and poorly placed. We were placed at the very end of a long hallway and we were not warned that it was going to be that far away from the front desk. I have a bad back and it was very difficult to walk that far. When we tried to find the way back we lost! The place is a maze.

A little inconvenient

The experience was great, we just had an inconvenience when we check in, they gave us a room that was not clean. We needed to walk all the way back with the luggage to the lobby to tell them. After 10 minutes they gave us a new room was clean and the experience was great after that.
