"Pictures shown are from several properties that you have access to. You have to take a trolley to the best pools and beach. Everything is going up and down stairs, to go eat, the pool the bars, especially the beach. If you are old or have bad knees you avoid this place"

"I don’t recommend display to anyone this is the most disgusting and nasty Resort I went for my birthday with my daughter, my brother and my sister-in-law we had to move 4 different room everything was broken the shower , the toilet if you were thinking to book and display, you have to think twice I’ve been around so many places and I can tell you this is not the play for you to go for vacation. I book 5 day for night the first three days we was moving from one room to another room just to find out the last room was crazy please if you have family you have a kid don’t go to that place. They finally give me a junior suite I asked you for my money back what they do was they give me a junior suite for one day I was ready to go from the first day of that play. I do have to thanks to the employees of that property even they don’t have the power to do anything they trying and they feel the pain for you. The only people who are staying you is the people who work there I contact Expidia I told him about the situation. I saw that that never sell another room to another person. They had to check the condition of the property first, I want to say so many things the only thing I say is do not go to that property if you want to spend a good vacation with your family, never go there."

"I Love this place outside the room but that's how it has been for the 24 years I have been going! I hope it would have gotten better but they don't care because there was not one empty room in the place because of the Canadian omission from Cuba. I was sad service was lacking. Too many people and getting a glass of water with your meal was a project. The restaurant reservations unless you were on line by 8 am scoring a spot at a reasonable time was not possible. The buffet was good as usual for all inclusive. The grounds are beautiful and the pools and bars are great. The rooms like I said well... No hot water for 5 of 6 days. Zero water pressure it trickled on you. No one cared. Air Conditioning said 20 degrees but slept sweating with no blankets every night. They came to room and show you it said 20 but it should be freezing if that was true. Asked to have sheets changed due to bites all over our bodies never done. 2 nice housekeepers came a midnight to help us out on a request we asked for at 2pm. Still itching 😩. No security lock on front door. No live TV had to use apps. The free Internet was good for all those people. Safe was free now which was great. Access to my favorite beach was through Select Area. Green flag almost every day was awesome. No beach chairs even with Chair police who were useless.They allowed towels with no bodies for long hours. Beach towels cheap now and always damp. The rooms need TLC and more beach chairs a must & Ceiling fans a must. "

"We stayed for 5 nights and on our 3rd night the ceiling started dripping water in room 2631. Issue was brought to attention to staff and their solution was towels. Fixed the next day only for it to start dripping again until we left. The food is good. There is a lot of variety we just wish there was more Dominican typical foods offered. Entertainment and pool is great! Excursions offered were also great!! WiFi barely reached our room it was on and off. The nightclub could be fun but not many people attend. The staff’s attitude were not always too friendly, but based on the season and clientele attending the resort I could understand why. The staff is very hard working and I feel they are under appreciated. The bar staff are a 10/10 and friendly. The beach is pretty, clean but waves could be a bit rough. There are sellers on the beach so be ware of them they will ask you to buy. Overall good stay, I think the hotel could upgrade their rooms more it was a bit plain looking . They offer a nice private dinner on the beach for extra charge. Very great service! No issues with our AC and the hot water was good as long as you let it run 5 minutes before you shower. "

"My experience wasn’t the best. The staff, from the lobby to the buffet and especially the coffee shop, often seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. The elevator wasn’t working, there was no hot water, and the food was disappointing. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful and clean, which was definitely a highlight. To be fair, this was just my experience—others may feel differently. The only people who seemed genuinely happy were the entertainment crew… and the timeshare reps trying to sign you up."
