I put my laundry outside my room at 10pm on Friday night. The laundry ticket says “in by 8 am, back by 6 pm.” When it wasn’t picked up by 8:10 the next morning I tried to call the front desk. No answer. After breakfast I called again and was assured it would be picked up, cleaned, and returned to my room by six. When it wasn’t returned, I called the front desk. A man then came to the room with my bag of dirty laundry saying that it had to be in by 7 am and that’s why it wasn’t done. Aside from being quite rude, he was contradicting the paperwork and ignoring the fact that I had put it out the night before. We’re in the middle of a cross country trip and getting the laundry done along the way is required. As Hilton Honors members we were incredibly disappointed and inconvenienced.

9/10 - Great for short stays. Stayed here for 2 nights with a group of friends for a birthday weekend. Really enjoyed the location, service, and ease of access to all downtown has to offer. Rooms are a bit dated, but get the job done. We had a nice view of Denver from our room, so we really can’t complain!
