Outstanding service and nice accommodations

Stay was great. Want to mention One employee particularly, Melissa, at the front desk who was extremely helpful to us on check in while also managing a credit card problem on another room and multiple other guests waiting to check in. She never lost her composure or showed any frustration in the situation. On Saturday we had a second reservation requiring us to need to check out and check back in. When we arrived downstairs early that morning she had already completed the transaction and had our new keys ready for us!!! She is an outstanding employee. The hotel is clean with big rooms and comfortable beds.

Towels were stained with make up and black spots (mold? Makeup?) shower curtain smelled like wet rags. But overall cost effective. Manager was super sweet and resolved the room issue we had (was first given a double bed when we booked a king)

The tub was filthy. The shower would not drain properly and water was up to my shin. They moved my room and the issue was there also. When I asked the night shift they told me the manager/maintenance would be in to address it. The next morning when I inquired about service they said because of the holiday no one could assist me. I checked out and am currently still waiting on a refund for the unused nights.
