The room and hotel was very clean, the wait time for check in was very long, they only had one person working the front desk at the time. The front desk was chatting with a security guard while checking us in and mentioned homeless people being found on the premises even though a key card is required to get into the elevators, which made me nervous.

One of the nice esthetics of Embassy suites Were always the full flower beds ..at this place the were just dirt filled. The hotel is dated .. it looks like it got stuck in the 90s . The bathrooms are the same old. Updated with bathfitters made of fiberglass. Pool and work out room looked run down.. It's a bargain at $80 .. which is why i wondered why it was so cheap..should not were the name of Embassy Suites.. The adjacent building that shared the parking in the same building..looked like a grest place to do a drug deal. I cant believe there's a slatgrass next door. This is an example of a hotel pricing down to the clientele level.. And still trying to be an Embassy. The hotel is struggling they just don't know it. "Super 8 suites we serve breakfast " would work better.

The property needs updating. It’s reminds me of a motel 6 that has patched areas that need to be replaced. I normally love Embassy Suites but this property is definitely somewhere I will not stay again.

Stayed here several times. This time we had some issues, attitude from staff, front desk never brought up our extra towels and blankets, we we went to the front desk the guys acted like we were asking for their unborn children. Pool water was disgusting. Reeked of chlorine in there so bad all 3 times we have stayed. Only good thing is the breakfast and snacks. Even then when serving myself the snacks a cleaning lady ripped the bowl from under me. Then at 9:45 in the morning the morning we checked out the cleaning lady was rushing us to leave even though check out is at 11. Then in Spanish she was complaining that we were taking to long and she was ready to leave (we are a bilingual family) and when I responded to her in Spanish she about dropped one cause she knew she was wrong. As stated we’ve stayed here before but after this stay we might take our business else where.

Spring break

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the heat, our room was cold and we heard other guests commenting about the heat as well. We came to let the kiddos enjoy the pool, but it was too cold for anyone to stay in more than a few minutes. That was a let down. Breakfast was very good as was happy hour.

I visited this place rooms are worse condition so much issues with room bathroom was running 24/7 & for elevator we have to wait 20 minutes minimum. Parking is horrible so much smell

The man when we was trying to check in was super unhelpful and rude. Our room was clean but I had to call and ask them to come service it the next day (take out the trash in the single trash can we had in the suite, get fresh towels because there was 3 of us and not enough towels) Ice machines are busted and when I called to ask they said we had to go to the 3rd floor, we noticed part of the ceiling needed repairs. We needed extra blankets because again 3 people, a pull out couch and no spare blankets in the room. Called and was told we had to come get them.

Misleading Ratings – Poorly Maintained and Overrat

This hotel is in terrible condition and doesn’t come close to living up to its brand name. The pool area was filthy, freezing cold water, and a hot tub that was completely out of service. It was obvious that the space hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. Peeling paint was visible throughout the building—on walls, ceilings, and even in common areas. The overall atmosphere was worn down and neglected, making the entire stay feel uncomfortable. After experiencing all of this firsthand, it’s hard to believe any of the glowing five-star reviews are legitimate. They read more like employee submissions or paid placements than honest experiences. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere until serious improvements are made.

Parking is terrible. Reported minor issues with the room maintenance and no response. Here in March in Texas the heat capabilities were turned off so room was chilly. Breakfast was ok and food order in the bar was really good.

DISAPPOINTING

THE HOTEL WAS SUPER ROWDY FROM THE START. WHEN WE CHECKED IN THEY GAVE US A HIGH FLOOR SO NO ONE WAS ABOVE US. THE STAFF HAD NO CONTROL OF THE PATRONS AT ALL. THERE WAS DRUG SMELL THROUGHTOUT THE NINTH FLOOR. THERE WAS A GARAGE FOR PARKINMG WHERE PEOPLE WERE ACTUALLY DOWN THERE BLASTING MUSIC AND SMOKING DRUGS. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND MENTIONED THAT THESE THINGS ARE NOT EXPECTED AT A HILTON HOTEL AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS SAID.. NO APOLOGY.. NOTHING.. SO DISAPPOINTING FOR THE HILTON BRAND.
