"This hotel was amazing! I went around the holidays so everything was festive and decorative. The hotel was beautiful and during checkin I was offered champagne by their awesome front desk staff. I went from Melissa checking me in and offering amazing customer service and information and then to Brandon taking my luggage and showing me to my room. They were both personable and professional. The next day I met Latocha from concierge who was nice and gave me a ride nearby and offered helpful dinner suggestions..Lastly,.i met Renee who was friendly and helpful in describing different amenities at the hotel. Overall I thoroughly pleased and will definitely return again.
