I recently stayed at hotel, and I would like to share some feedback about my room. Unfortunately, I found many cockroaches in the room, and it was not clean. There was also an unpleasant smell, and the floor was dirty. Because of these issues, I stayed only about four hours and then decided to leave and go to another place. I was very disappointed with the condition of the room, as I expected a cleaner and more comfortable stay. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness for future guests

It was not the Hilton but then, neither was the price. It was clean and mostly quite and the gal at the front desk was a delight and fun to talk to... For the money spent,, it was well worth it and we would stay again if in the area

I requested a pet friendly hotel, which expedia gave me, we got there two hours before a wedding and were told it would cost $250 for the dog to stay. it was ratty looking and dirty. we went a mile away to a Drury. thanks for nothing expedia.

Clearly, the pictures on their website don't reflect reality. On my first day, the toilet was clogged and after asking two times for come and service the room with no luck, they asked me to come and get the plunger and fix the toilet myself. The room was definitely previously occupied by a smoker. Overall the clean was not very clean, but I guess it comes with the price, right? Lastly the free breakfast is not really a breakfast (only toast, cereals)

You definitely do get what you pay for, this obviously isn’t a top notch hotel but it’s definitely not the worst! it’s good for like 1-3 people id say. the rooms are smaller but it’s not bad if im being homest. for the price you pay, its worth it. it’s quiet, we had no problems other than some outlets not working and the AC slightly leaking which was not that big of a deal for the 2 nights we did stay. the pool is not open but they do have some free breakfast options! also a lot of stores and the mall right down the road!

Absolutely atrocious. Staff were the worst. They hide from customers ti avoid doing anything. They snicker and smirk whenever they are asked for help, and are overall condescending and rude. Most of the amenities did not work, including the pool which was closed. The whole facility is in a gross state. Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work. The AC unit put off a burning smell so we had to shut it off and sleep in a stinky, hot room. Staff lied and said they’d look into the outlet issue but never did. Breakfast was a disgusting joke. We will NEVER do business with this hotel or its associated chains. Do not come here!

We did appreciate that this was a quiet, low traffic area. And in this room, I did not. encounter any bed bugs so that is always a plus. But this hotel was disgusting. The room above must have had a leak that they never fully resolved; I hope it was a water stain but it should probably be checked out for potential mold issues. The grout on the floor was old and ragged, I am sure it is not sealing anything anymore. The sink was being held together by duct tape, the room smelled of smoke, and the pillows might as well have not even be offered. We arrived late and were too tired to complain, but they must have given us the worst room in the hotel - it really should no longer be offered to anyone.

The "non smoking" room reeked of smoke - staff were friendly but the only solution they had was opening the window and spraying a tonne of air freshener everywhere. Almost a joke as I had to sign something agreeing I wouldn't smoke in the room when I checked in. The sheets were clean at least, and the bed was comfortable enough, but the corridors are filled with stains of various ages and it is very run down. Unless you're a HEAVY smoker or love the stench of a billion cigarettes then I'd strongly advise you look elsewhere

Place has bedbugs and roaches, they don’t clean their floors before placing guests in the room, room 227 had the bathtub faucet coming out of the shower wall, the bathtub was unsanitary, hair and dirt all over floors, no trash can, the toilet was clogged and couldn’t flush the toilet, they expect you to take your own trash down the hall, and don’t provide room service, they only provide service to the rooms that need to get cleaned for new guests to arrive. There was no breakfast options other than 2 choices of cereal and some type of weird bread. The pool don’t even work, hasn’t for years!
