A lot Hair was on both top & fitted sheets, the room had an horrific mildew smell, which we had to go to Walmart to buy candles, the lamp shades were full of dust and something looking like mold on them. And to top off EVERYTHING THE TV DIDN’T EVEN WORK. I went to the front desk to see if I could get another one or have someone come fix the problem, he said NO I couldn’t get another tv and there was NOTHING HE COULD DO. The only reason why we even stayed here was because our Airbnb booking was cancelled the day off our event and couldn’t find any other accommodations but on Travelocity this hotel had a 8/10 rating. Not sure how that was possible. This is the exact reason why we don’t do hotels/motels anymore…..NEVER AGAIN…The hotel never took money off my bill or anything to try and rectify the situation. The morning manager just said they Travelocity would handle any refunds and that’s a whole other situation. So I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE EVER!!!!!

Service is amazing. Facility is ok... Heavy smoke & cleaner smell in the hallways. Our first room had a heavy cleaner smell that was awful. Had to change rooms because of that. Facility definitely needs some attention

I spent a very long time at this hotel transitioning to a new city. For most of my time the staff was great. The room was mid. However customer service was a game changer. I even started off in one room, but when I saw a mouse on the desk I asked to move to another and yet that didnt run me away. However, when I the customer service went down the drain there was no room to stay anymore. One bad experience boke the deal. After spending close to $9,000 in 3 months to stay here I rather take shady customer service at a 5 star than stay another day.
