Front desk manager in the morning was very helpful with a upcoming reservation at another comfort suites. Breakfast in the dining room was amazing, clean and the food was wonderful. Great coffee too.

Excellent location with tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. We visited the area because we were going to the ark. The hotel was very clean and my room was very nice big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything in the bathroom was clean and I loved the amenities in the shower

I stayed in this hostel and it was a great experience! This was my first time ever staying in a hostel, so I was quite nervous, given my young age as well. I opted for the female only dorm room. I did arrive super late on my check in day, so I didn't get to explore the property much or talk to anyone, and just went right to bed. Instructions were super clear and easy, it made my check in seamless. Parking was clear and there was never a problem finding a spot even when the hostel was full. The guests staying here were extremely friendly and I met a new friend, and we went on a hike together and jumped in the lake! Amenities were great, the bathroom was always spotless and easy to use. They have really thought of everything including earplugs just in case someone is snoring! The hour drive to Jackson is also super peaceful and beautiful.

The bed and pillows were absolutely terrible. The pillows were too small and very lumpy. The mattress needs replaced. My husband and I both did not sleep well and were very stiff in the morning. The hotel is clean and the staff were great, however I will not stay here again due to the issues we had.

I have stayed here a few times when traveling to or through Cincinnati/northern KY. It is reasonably close to good restaurants, but more reasonably priced than Cincinnati hotels & provides free parking.
